How to get FREE grant money to purchase a home

Help for homebuyers is available.

My lender partner with Premier Bank of Omaha is offering a little known program providing up to $15,000 in federal grant funds to support qualified homebuyers. 

Funds are not limited to first time homebuyers and can be used for down payments, closing costs, and certain  home repairs. 

But you'll need to hurry!

Funds are available on a first-come basis until November 29, 2024 or until they are depleted.

Applicants must meet income limits and other qualifications.
