A rowhouse isn't a common term in Omaha's real estate landscape but I use it to describe a property that is built shraing a wall with multiple other homes other than a traditional townhouse. 

The style of these rowhouse type structures has changed over the years mainly because it is cheaper to build up than out. The contemporay models have more stairs and are built vertically starting with the garage on the ground level/
