The gated community of Brandon Park technically isn't a villa community because there is not a monthly HOA but many think there is so I've included in my favorites communities list.  

Tucked behind St Roberts Catholic Church and School, east of 120th street Brandon Park quietly but stately sits atop a conveniently located neighborhood of large independant homes built in the late 80's. Price can jump when competition is hot becuase there are only 27 homes in the entire neighborhood.
