The Enclave is a popular gated community of townhomes and villas conveniently located northeast of 132nd and Dodge St. 

Typically only one or two of these homes come up for sale each year so you need to be ready to jump. Built in the late 80's, the average sale price is between $350,000 and $450,000 for about 1800 sq ft. 

These townhomes are bigger and have a more traditional floor plan than newer builds, so expect some necessary cosmetic updates. The HOA covers lawn maintenance, snow removal and trash.
